Party in the Hills - Dolce Vita Event's Coordination of a Private Party in the Hollywood Hills

Event coordination is always so fun to me. It has always been something that comes naturally, and I've always accepted each project (no matter how big or small) as a chance to challenge my creativity, multi-tasking abilities, and ability to satisfy my client beyond their expectations. So, when I received a  call from a potential client in New York who wanted to hire me and my Dolce Vita Events staff to produce a super trendy, hip, 21st Birthday Bash in the Hollywood Hills for a friend of his in less than two weeks, I was up for the challenge!

 

In less than 10 days, Dolce Vita Events researched and secured a just the right Hollywood Hills estate for a party of 50 guests, with a budget of $10,000.00.  The client wanted an Asian inspired theme in decor, catering, and ambience, with dedicated customer service from our event staff that included red carpet valet service, model quality bartenders and wait staff, a live sushi model, a fire dancer, photo booth, one of L.A.'s hottest DJ's, great catering, and the feel and energy of the hippest L.A. nightclub in an intimate setting for thier smaller intimate guest count.  No problem...we were on it!

 

 

Having a client clear across the country who had to rely completely on our suggestions for every detail of the event was an honored experience in valued trust and accountability on my part as a coordinator so I made sure to deliver every element of the event based on knowing what would delight the client; from suggesting the live sushi model, to adding age appropriate personalized surprises such as vodka infused gummy bear shots, Chinese beer and dessert novelties, Asian fusion inspired signature drinks like the Red Lotus, Beijing Bellini, and Tokyo Shooters, to capping the evening off with an end of the evening tempura station by a private chef.  The party was a hit and its seamless timeline and entertainment elements kept the client more than happy. Thank you to our Dolce Vita Events staff who assisted in the event.
