1. Wedding Planning
A. Full Wedding Planning $3,500.00 - $9,500.00
Our complete wedding planning packages offer the newly engaged couple customized planning of every detail and aspect of the wedding, reception, and even the festivities surrounding the momentous occassion such as the engagement party, bridal shower, bachelor/bachelorette party planning, and even honeymoon coordination. From the moment you decide to bring us on board to be your right hand, eyes, and ears, we work to assist in venue and vendor selections, contract negotiations, guest list, and every other detail so that you can rest assured everything will be handled with pristine precision by an expert in the field. We work with a vast network of venues and wedding vendors to negotiate the best pricing on everything you need for your special day. With pricing that is both affordable and flexible, we can work with a wide range of budgets and requests. Our payment plans offer monthly and split payment options to make it convenient for our couples.
B. Wedding Day & Month of Coordination $1,500.00 - $2,800.00
When you work hard to plan your own wedding but need all of the fine details to be tended to, Dolce Vita Events is your best choice for Day of Coordination. We understand the importance of flawless execution on your wedding day. The bride, groom, and bridal party should worry about nothing more than having a wonderful time and enjoying the full experience of the momentous occasion; that's why we are available for "Day Of" wedding management to take care of all the timeline details, oversee production, staffing and vendors, and provide "right hand" service to the bride and groom. Simply arrive to a perfectly set up ceremony and reception on your wedding day, knowing that everything from decor to DJ, photographer and key members of the bridal party will be handled so you can sit back and enjoy La Dolce Vita on your special day!

4. Event Staffing Services (offered with Decor, Planning, or Catering Service only)
Dolce Vita Events provides affordable and professional event staff, waiters, bartenders, event assistants, valet attendants, and greeters. Our staff is experienced, professional, and always top notch in their appearance and customer service.
We provide a variety of custom services such as bartending, serving a sit-down dinner, designing buffet tables, passing tray styled hors d'oeuvres, serving buffets and cutting and serving wedding cake. Set up and clean-up is also provided. For the best possible service, please describe your needs to us in detail.
